This is the second album by Moonlit Align. On "Woodland Congregation" there's a lot more emphasis on folk and acoustic sounds compared to 'Volume I'. You will also find influences from medieval music on some of the songs and some happier moments throughout the album too. Nevertheless there are still Metal elements and many melancholic vibes.

Compared to 'Volume I' this album was produced more like classical or jazz albums are produced, which means that there's not much compression on the final mixes, meaning that there's lot more dynamic range in each song.

The term 'Cradle Folk' coined by me describes the type of folk music that swings back and forth between two chords for the entirety or most part of a song with the intent of relaxing the listener. You will find this characteristic present on nearly every song on this album.
